What we are?

Greenline Outdoor is a professional company specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing for outdoor products, such as roof top tents, fold gazebo and camping products etc. Our company possesses a great team of professional designers, structure engineers, samplers, who have been involved in this line many years. We are the first manufacturer in China for producing roof top tent products since years 2004. We are also the first one in China to develop fold gazebo tent since year 1999. We have most complete serials of those two products and most developed models. Experiences bring us a very strong capability to innovate all kinds of new outdoor products.

Where we are?

Our factory is located in Jashan Zhejiang province and its head office located in Zhejiang capital city Hangzhou. The famous G20 meeting and The 19th Asian Olympic Games held here, where is the most beautiful and historical city in China. Both factory and office are around 40 minutes by speed train to Shanghai and Ningbo Airport. Hangzhou has also a international airport which has direct air line to USA, Europe & Hong kong. We have also established internationa office in Hong Kong for our global marketing, sales and services.

Our Factory

A 100000 foot factory, all soft and hard components, sewing, assembly, and printing are completed in the same factory to ensure controllable quality.

All are skilled workers on the production line with over 15-20 years of experience, ensuring stable and high-quality handicrafts. There have been no complaints about exports in the past 20 years. Our annul output is 15 millions around 30000pcs.

DESIGNING DEPARTMENT

Our Designing Dept.

We have our own department of designing. 2 engineers and 3 samplers who is working daily on CAD drawing design and 3D sample making as well as new products developing etc.

INSPECTION DEPARTMENT

Our Inspection Dept.

We process a strict QC procedure to maintain a high quality production. we have a special department for pre-inspection to all the new material coming to my factory. 3 inspectors are full time job for quality control and in/after production inspection.

DESIGNING DEPARTMENT

Our Workshop & Workers

Most of our workers are professional and qualified to their job. They are satisfied working in Greenline with full loyalty. 90% employees have been worked more than 5 years and some of them even more then 10 years since establishing. This is the guarantee for our efficient production and top quality control.

MATERIAL

Our Materials & Workmanship

We only use premium materials in our products, such as ripstop poly-cotton with a high level of waterproofing, YKK zippers, stainless steel hardware, high-strength nylon, and trampoline fabric, among others. Over the past 10 years, we have also developed proprietary rubber materials and adhesives that competitors find difficult to replicate.

PATENTS

Our Patents & Certificates

Our company owns all of the property rights on our main products, especially for roof top tent and its lateral products. All materials are made of high-quality brands, such as YKK zippers, and have passed strict global testing and certification standards, such as SGS and REACH, The quality control adopts the PPAP and APQP standards of the automotive spare parts supply system, and has obtained the IMDS global automotive industry chain parts material database system certification to ensure the quality, safety, and stability of all spare parts.
